Welcome
Hi, my name is Lauren Hagin and I am from Hiram, Georgia, currently residing in Oakwood, Georgia. In May, I received a Bachelors of Fine Arts and a Masters of Interior Design from Brenau University (Gainesville, Georgia- CIDA accredited). I am currently searching for an internship opportunity to further my education and to prepare me for the professional world.
The design fields I am most interested in are healthcare, corporate and commercial. My graduate capstone project is an American Red Cross blood donation center, which ignited my enthusiasm for healthcare design. I designed a Regions Bank for my commercial studio, which received first place in a juried design show at Brenau. These projects along with others throughout my academic career earned me the 2012 Brenau University Outstanding Portfolio Award.
Traveling is one of my passions, visiting Italy twice within the last year. I think it is important for designers to experience different cultures to further their global perspective. Ultimately, I hope to incorporate traveling into my career.
